Step 2: Order Inventory

Ordering your inventory is simple. Once you are registered and log in, you will have a special MEMBERS’ AREA menu.  Click on the Order Inventory menu item. All items you can order are in the warehouse. Add items to your shopping cart, have a parent fill out the order info and your shipment will be on its way to you.

Inventory for your business is sold to you at wholesale prices that you can't get from a regular store!

Step 3: Create Marketing Materials

While waiting for your inventory, you will want to log in to the MEMBERS’ AREA and click on Resource Center.  Here you can print out a business certificate with your new business name on it, business cards, marketing materials and labels for your new products.

Creating marketing materials is a blast! You can use our images or upload your own logo and pictures!

Step 4: Sell, sell, sell

You have your inventory, business cards and marketing materials ready to go. What do you do now?

How big or small you and your child choose to grow your kid’s first biz is up to you.  Some children keep their business small. They sell their products to family and close friends – with the resource center, your child can design custom labels so their products can be given as gifts or party favors.

Some kids grow their business a bit larger and sell wholesale to area shops or sell their products retail at conferences or craft shows.  Your child’s customer base is limited only by your imaginations.  Make sure you attend all shops, shows or conferences with your child. Safety always comes first.  Again, with the resource center, your child can print custom labels for retail shops to have their private label on the products, or your child can design a specialized label for craft fairs or special occasions.
