Return and Refund PolicyYou may return some unused items purchased in the Member's Only section within 7 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returns will be accepted after 7 days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Eligible refunds will be processed within thirty days. We use the flat rate box (11" X 8.5" X 5.5") for $9.80 and do not charge special handling fees. It is our standard operating procedure to ship inventory items within 3 days of your order, however our official policy is that we will ship within 4-6 weeks of receiving your order. This is due to the fact that many of our products like soap, are organic and take 30 days to make. Our packaging materials are recycleable, including the box from the USPS. Please recycle. International OrdersFranChild now ships internationally using the USPS Priority Mail flat rate box (11" X 8.5" X 5.5") for $23.95 to Canada and Mexico- $38.95 to all other countries, 20 lb weight limit applies.
